Ultimate Silicon Wafer
Our Product is the Ultimate Silicon wafer that has smaller sized defect level (LPDs) than standard polished prime wafers.
The Ultimate Silicon crystal from which wafers are cut from meets stringent oxygen concentration and radial distribution requirements. Other wafer parameters like flatness, flat- and backside roughness are comparable to standard wafers.
