CIS a tried and tested Visual Inspection system for electrical / electronic connectors of all shapes and sizes on high volume & high speed inspection stations.
The engineer works with a proven set of basic connector inspection tools such as pitch, gap, coplane, absolute pin position and pattern match, to build a customised test suite for the part under test quickly without the need for complex programming. For the most unusual situations, the powerful scripting engine may be invoked to perform more complex calculations.
As a result, testing and maintenance of test suites is dramatically reduced.
The CIS system provides such an intuitive interface that it allows technicians to configure and maintain the entire production line without need of more experienced engineering support.
