Cameron Nuflo Differential Pressure Cone Flow Meter

Cameron DP Cone Meter is a DP based flow meter which requires little or no straight run for most liquid or gas applications. This provides significant cost savings and weight reduction on piping & flow profilers. Cameron also offers orifice fittings.

Key Specifications/Special Features:

Cone meters have a 10:1 turndown (vs. low turndown for orifice plates). The flow range can be widened with multiple-stacked DP transmitters, with DP measurable down to <1in WC. It also generates low noise DP signal at the low pressure port.

Provides accuracy of up to 0.5%, repeatability 0.1%; incurs significantly less pressure drop than orifice meter; Water calibrated, NDE and hydro-tested as standard; Sizes 1” to 48” with flanges from 150# to 2500# RF/RTJ; Additional tappings optional.

Used with DP transmitters of any brand, or Cameron Scanner 2000 which provides datalogging, Modbus, flow calculations (orifice, steam, cone, pitot, API, AGA, etc.), accepts 2 turbine/PD & 1 DP flow inputs, optional PID control or battery/solar power.
