Fatigue can wear out even the fittest body over time. The ideal 8-10 hours of sleep is now replaced with 6-8 hours. Some people are even happy to achieve 6 hours of sleep. In order to live longer and healthier, try to give yourself as much sleep as you can and lay on good mattresses. You will surely wake up happy and rejuvenated.
