Incorporate in 1992, Yan San Metals Pte Ltd, is today, the market leader who can offer a range of Aluminium products and services that is unmatched in the industries.

Our humble beginning as a leading stockist of aluminium alloy plates, extruded profiles and colour coated coils back by a wide array of inventories of various type of alloys, has growth and expanded into the manufacturing of Aluminium Honeycomb Core Composite Panel Systems. The honeycombs are available in a wide range of materials and cell configuration and are manufactured to customer specifications in tight tolerances.

Today, we pride ourselves for being the only company in the Asia Pacific to have the cutting edge technology with State-Of-the Art manufacturing facilities of a complete aluminium honeycomb composite processing line and Friction Stir Welding capable of welding up to 5m x 12m plates.

In addition, we are the only company in Singapore to equip with a coil to coil, Colour Coating Line capable of coating a wide spectrum of Kynar 500 Fluorocarbon (PVDF) paint system finish.

In addition, our facilities are also well supported with the following machinery.

-Cut-to-Length Line capable of shearing up to 4mm thickness by 1.525mm width.
-Fluorocarbon (PVDF) spray painting and powder coating line
-Fully automated anodizing line up to 1.8m x 6.5m
-4.3m length Press Brake and Shear Press
-High Definition Underwater Plasma Profile Cutter
-Computerized Turret Punch up to 1.6m x 3.5m
