Our continuing commitment to providing high-quality property management and maintenance services was recognised when we obtained the ISO 9002 certification 2000. We are a subsidiary of Hong Leong Holdings, under the Hong Leong Group. Kingston Property Maintenance Services Pte Ltd is one of the largest property management and maintenance service companies in Singapore today. We have a solid track record of successful projects in managing commercial, industrial, retail and residential properties. KPMS is a Building Construction Authority (BCA) registered contractor in the provision of housekeeping, cleaning, desilting and conservancy services. We are capable of handling jobs with a value of more than S$1 million.
