Hock Seng Marine Engineering Pte Ltd, founded in Singapore in the 1980s (previously known as Hock Seng Marine Fittings Company), is a well established marine engineering organization specializing in the design and fabrication of marine grade windows, doors, hatches, ladders and other types of hull outfitting to an interior accommodation system like lining/wall/ceiling panels and pre-fabricated sanitary modules. We constantly add value to our products and services by providing solutions for builders, repairs and retrofitters of merchant/passenger vessels and offshore units.

The company in Singapore remains as the headquarters from which the core activities such as sales and field service operate. In 1994, Simpac Marine Sdn Bhd, its now 13,000 square metre factory, is set up in Malaysia to be the main manufacturing base where a strong team in the engineering, production and quality control functions has been built up. An R&D team is also formed to constantly upgrade and improve our products.

In recognition of the quality of our products and services, both Hock Seng Marine Engineering Pte ltd & Simpac Marine Sdn Bhd attained the LRQA ISO 9001 certificate in June 2000. This is an assurance to our customers on the quality and conformity to our products to the stringent marine standards.

To Expand our production capacity, a 3,700 square metre factory, Hock Seng marine Engineering (Wuxi) Co. Ltd, is set up in China in 2007 and it subsequently attain the CCS ISO 9001 in June 2009.

In view of providing better sales support to our overseas customers, we also started Simpac Marine (India) Pvt Ltd in India in 2010.

Over the years, Hock Seng marine has developed an enviable reputation in the marine and shipbuilding industry. The proven quality and reliability of our products and services coupled with more than 30 years of experience has secured the trust and confidence of may customers in South East Asia, China, India, Middle East and South American countries such as Mexico, Chile and Brazil.
