CENTRAL INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION BHD (CICB)
The Company was incorporated on 20 May 1972 in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 as a Private Limited Company under the name of Central Industrial Corporation Sdn Bhd. On 23 May 1989, the Company was converted into a Public Listed Company at the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (Bursa Malaysia) and assumed its present name.

CICS DISTRIBUTORS PTE LTD (CICS) In 2002, a second wholly owned subsidiary of CICB was incorporated in Singapore to market the Company’s products in the Republic. The establishment of CICS will also act as a window for the Company’s products in neighbouring countries.
